Energy Demand as an Economic Concept

Steve Sorrell from Science Policy Research Unit, University of Sussex, UK, argues that demand will not be reduced without rising energy prices and adequate policies. The measures currently underrepresent are behavioral changes in order to support new and energy efficient technologies.
