Minimum Program Requirements

Every LEED project, must meet minimum program requirements. A LEEDlab project, most following the EB:O+M rating system, is required to:

-Comply with environmental laws

-Be a complete, permenant building or space

-Have a resonable site boundary

-Meet minimum floor area requirements

-Meet minimum occupancy requirements

-Commit to sharing whole building energy and water usage data

-Minimum building area to site area ratio
